Overview

The coat of arms of Velika Ludina is argent a sword of the same erect hilted or inflamed gules. The inflamed sword is the atribute of St. Michale Archangel to whom the parish church in Velika Ludina is consacrated.
The coat of arms is adopted, according to my estimate around 2000. It was designed, I guess we may claim without much possibility of error, by the Rijeka company Heraldik-art d.o.o.

The flag could be seen on a photo in the bottom of the page at <www.opcina-vludina.hr>. The flag is blue with the coat of arms bordered yellow in the middle.
Velika Ludina is a community in the Sisak-Moslavina County, about 40 km north-east of Sisak, ca. 2,800 inhabitants (700 of them in the town of V. Ludina).

Coat of Arms and flag designed by Heraldic Art d.o.o from Rijeka and approved by the Ministry of Administration/Central State Office for Administration before 2006.
