This is the true color of the "ciervos" (deer or stags) as seen in the CoA at Cervera's website, of which the flag is a BoA. Eduardo Panizo has them brown with a yellow edge.

The Aitona flag shown here is an exact representation of its website flag, in 2:1 size, instead of 3:2 used in other Catalan flags; but in real flag colors, because the website mistakenly used the shield heraldic colors for the flag.
