Description of the Flag

The flag is white with city seal on it and "A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO CALL HOME" below the seal, including dark-blue (or black) border. It can be seen on a photo here: http://www.cityofchattahoochee.com/images/City%20Council%201-07.jpg.
