Arms and flag adopted on May 26, 1999 by the Resolution # XI/54/99.
Arms:on the late-gothic shield a Lower Silesian eagle divided vertically
into two halves: red and black.
On its chest there is a heart-shield, divided again into two halves.
On the left, blue field with the silver lilies there is even smaller
half-shield, framed in red, with six, slanted to the left, stripes of the
alternating gold and blue colors.
Flag: civic one is a horizontal rectangle composed of three equal vertical
bands: red-black-light-blue. Ratio is 5:8.
Ceremonial flag adds the Coat of Arms on the axis of red and black bands.
