Marciszów commune flag
Marciszów - rural commune, Kamienna Góra County, Dolnoslaskie Voivodship
- former German name: Merzdorf.
The Commune's "Statut" of 2002 gives the following description of the
flag (roughly):
"The flag constitutes the rectangular horizontal piece of cloth in
the ratio of height to length 5:8.
The flag is built from two rectangular triangles, which inverted, and
the longest sides (hypotenuses) touching, will create a horizontal rectangle.
Each of the identical rectangular triangles has the opposite angles
of value 32o and 58o
respectfully.
High triangle, white, forms the head of the flag at the hoist with
its shortest side.
Bottom triangle is of blue color."
The "Statut" of the Commune gives the color of the bottom triangle
explicitly as "blue", (light blue, precisely - blekitny) while Wikipedia
shows the flag with the red bottom triangle - somebody> must be wrong.
I did send a question to the Commune's Council and await their clarification
of the issue.

You are right, Wikipedia is in error. The lower triangle is light blue"
