The flag of Saint-Cloud is a banner of the municipal arms, showing a fleur de lys and a bishop's crozier. Saint Cloud [Clodoald] was a bishop of the royal Merovingian family (c. 522- c 560).

Hélice Club de France was founded in 1896 and is based in Saint-Cloud. It is most probably a motorboating club.

The burgee of Hélice Club de France is white with a red border and a blue screw (hélice).
