Visiting Mallorca in May 2009, I realized that there are numerous municipalities having no proper flag. At the town halls normally three flags are hoisted: the Spanish national flag, the flag of Mallorca, the flag of the Balearic Islands. Sometimes the latter is replaced by the flag of the European Community or that flag is added. I guess that all municipalities having this practice have no own municipal flag. Sometimes I got reconfirmation by functionaries in the town halls. So, in the end, surely the following municipalities have no own flag:
Probably also the following municipalities have no own flag. The information couldn't be confirmed officially and the municipalities had hoisted flags like described above:
...Sad news from Mallorca. Our last hope would be that all those entities might have only one single flag, which was washed, when I visited the island...

Alcúdia has proposals for the flag and coat of arms, if I understood this correctly.

Banyalbufar is a village in the southwest of the island on the western shore. The flag's ratio is uncertain, approx. 2:1. The flag is based on the Catalan coat of arms which has four red vertical stripes in a golden yellow field. In the centre of flag is the local coat of arms, a repetition of the Catalan coat of arms but with a dark blue mantling shaped like a bat's head at the top. The mantling is symmetrically ringed by seven yellow 5-pointed stars.
The flag of Banyalbufar was so tattered, that it wasn't possible to determine the flag's ratio. Furthermore I guess that some municipal flags are unofficial, using just a Senyera with the local coat of arms in the centre of flag.

Estellencs is a small village, lying in the southwest of the island on the western shore. Flag #1 is a 6-striped flag with alternating red and green horizontal stripes; ratio is 2:3. I observed this flag on 24 May 2009 at the town hall of the village. Flag #2 is #1 with the coat of arms in its centre. The coat of arms: In a light blue field is an olive tree in natural colour, set upon a hill with broken, brownish pieces of soil. A grocer told me of the existence of that flag, when I was asking for flag #1. She also told me that that flag was winner of a competition held among the local pupils. I chose the shape of the coat of arms according to the stone carved image above the town hall’s door, which was the same like that one, the grocer showed me in a local newspaper. The colours were taken from “Escuts heraldic dels pobles de Mallorca” by Francesc Suarez, edited by the council of Mallorca.

Inca is the 2nd largest city by number of inhabitants and lies right in the centre of the island. It is famous for its leather manufactures and shops. Its flag is a Senyera, the flag of Catalunya, with four red horizontal stripes in a yellow field, here in ratio of 2:3 and with the local coat of arms in a white square placed onto its centre. The coat of arms is a Catalan shield, four red pallets in a golden yellow field, shaped like a diamond and with a dark blue bordure. In the middle a light blue fess, fimbriated silver/white, is charged with a white animal (either an ermine or a greyhound?). I observed this flag on 2 June 2009 at the town hall.

Ses Salines is a village lying in the southeast of the island. The flag has a ratio of 2:3. It is a Senyera, the flag of Catalunya, with four red horizontal stripes in a yellow field and with the local coat of arms in its centre. The arms: a shield with a light blue chief over a silver field with an irregular pattern of black lines, symbolizing probably broken salty soil. The lines are superimposed by a heap or cone of ground salt, being white on the dexter side and black on the sinister side, giving the appearance of shadow. I observed this flag on 28 May 2009 at the town hall.

Vilafranca is located in the east of the island. The flag (ratio 2:3) is a Senyera, the flag of Catalunya, which has four red horizontal stripes in a yellow field with the local coat of arms in its centre. The coat of arms is a shield with a white mantling. In a blue field is a white tower placed upon four white steps and flanked by white walls masoned black. The tower stands between two white pillars propping up a roof of the same colour. The pinkish base shows the name of the village in white capitals. The mantling is quilted and has a 3-D effect; in my image this is achieved by grey shadows. The tower is symbolizing St. Barbara, the patron of the municipality. In fact you can find a carving upon the door of the local parish church, showing St. Barbara holding a tower in her hand. I observed this flag on 27 May 2009 at the town hall.
