From the Falcon Shipping webpage:

Falcon Shipping Co., a subsidiary of the Vietnam National Shipping Lines (Vinalines) is a state-owned company established under decision No. 638/QD/TCCB-LD dated 28 February 1995 by the Minister of Ministry of Transportation. Since the foundation of the company, we have been playing a leading role in transporting energy cargoes, especially crude oil. With a diversified fleet, we are also actively engaged in transporting gasoline, diesel oil, fuel oil, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), chemicals, reformate, condensate and general cargoes.

As explained on the site, Falcon’s fleet consists of tankers between 1100 dwt and 71000 dwt which, with the help of supplementary (chartered) vessels, serves to transport 30% of exported crude oil.

In addition, the firm is a shipping agency and broker, provides technical services (such as designing and manufacturing port equipment or testing), maintains a towing and salvage fleet, undertakes tanker cleaning, acts as freight forwarder, etc.

Seen as a drawing on the site, the house flag is green with a large white serif ‘F’. It is also shown in the cloth in front of the head office, flanking the national flag on both sides.
