Kathy Robinson from the City of Bellefontaine, Ohio provided me with a
photo.
The flag has a white background, on the upper part the flag is
bordered by three stripes - red on the top, then thin white stripe and finally
the black one. The same in reversed order is positioned on the lower part of
the flag. On the white background are positioned a bell (upper hoist) and a
fountain (lower fly). In between words "BELLEFONTAINE" in red, "OHIO" in
black, and "A Friendly City" in black, all in different fonts.
