Description of the flag

A blue flag, two narrow white stripes, an outline map of the state, and a circle of red stars.
John Dodds, 8 January 2003

This red, white and blue flag centers on the county name. An outline of Ohio is surrounded by seventeen red stars. A white stripe goes across the top and the bottom of the blue background. Logan County was established in 1818. It was named for General Benjamin Logan who fought the local Native Americans in 1796.
