Description of the flag

A horizontal tricolor of blue, white and blue with dark yellow fimbriations. Large "Faribault" in extra bold sans serif blue letters filling the white stripe, "Minnesota" in thin small italic sans serif dark yellow capitals centered near the top edge of the blue stripe, and "City" above the "F" and "Of" above the "r", both extending onto the green stripe both set in thin sans serif italic dark yellow letters.
