Champlin

A photo at http://ci.champlin.mn.us/elected/city/counci5.jpg (no longer available) suggested that the city flag uses the city logo on a white background. Champlin is located in northern Hennepin County on the west bank of the Mississippi River about 17 miles northwest of Minneapolis. The average elevation is 875 feet above sea level and the Mississippi River is approximately one-eighth of a mile wide. The City is approximately 8 square miles in size and has 22,492 residents. It is bounded by the Mississippi River on the east and north, Brooklyn Park and Maple Grove on the south, and Dayton and the Elm Creek Park on the west.

Dovray

Based on a web page http://murray-countymn.com/dovray/ (no longer available), Dovray uses the Norwegian flag. It is uncertain if it is official. Dovray is located in Southwest Minnesota on the eastern side of Murray County. It is five minutes from Currie, Minnesota, fifteen minutes to Lake Shetek State Park, and it is twenty minutes north east of Slayton, Minnesota, the county seat. The first settlers in the area came from Dovre, Gudbrandsdalen in Norway, and, when the township and the town were organized, it was named Dovray. Today, the Norwegian traditions continue in the town's celebration of Uffa Day, which is held every even numbered year.

Tyler

The Tyler website at http://www.tylermn.com/ repeatedly shows the use of the Danish flag as the flag of Tyler. I am not sure if it is the official flag, or simply denotes many Danish settlers in the area.
