Description of the flag

The website at www.bullheadcity.com shows a very striking municipal seal, with a gold background color, lettering in black, and additional features in dark red, light blue, and gray. In the outer ring the date of the city's incorporation can be found at the top, the name of the city is at the bottom, and two small five-pointed black stars are located on each side. The inner circle has a golden sun in a sky of the same color, with red rays emanating outward from it in the manner of the Arizona state flag. In the foreground is Bullhead Lake in light blue, with the spillway of Boulder Dam in the center in grey. In front of the spillway is a bullhead (a type of fish).
