Heraldry:
"Red rectangular panel with a ratio of the parties 2:3. From
a staff is a vertical red strip in width in 4/15 of flag length,
on it is white vertical apple-tree branch with flowers. In the
flag centre on a free dark blue part is yellow sun with sixteen
beams. Diameter of the circle described by the ends of beams is
equals to 2/3 of the flag width."

1923" or, in the crest is shield azure with sun or, twisted
by decorative vegetative pattern or."
