"The square panel consists of three horizontal strips - dark blue, yellow and green in the ratio 2:1:1. On the top field is flying white seagull, on the bottom field on the parties are yellow acorns with a stalk and leaves."

From the site of Ukrainian Heraldry:
"Arched in the form of the letter "U". First: azure with an or border; the flying seagull argent accompanied in sinister base by fire gules with border argent. Second vert; on the parties branches or: pines with the cone, oak with two acorns, and below three leaves of the alder. The board is placed on the cartouche or with top half eclectic, and bottom is formed from cones, in the bottom of a cartouche on a tape gules is description "Skrahlivka" or, under the tape is figures gules 1630. The board is crowned by or village crown. The author is V.Svatula, artisan is I.Yanushkevych."
