"Chevron with rounded top vert. On the top field azure eight-beam cross argent with border and shining or. On the chevron is five oak leaves or crosswise above and three acorns or below one near one.
The board is in cartouche or which top half is eclectic, and bottom consists of ears and laurel leaves, below it on an azure tape is letters "Skakivka" or, under the tape are figures 1593 or. The board is crowned by rural crown or. The author is V.Svatula, the artist is I.Yanushkevych."
