The flag of Voždovac, as shown on the Municipal Book of Graphic Standards (Section 2.9. About the Flag) communicated by Mr. Dragana Jovanović, is a banner of the municipal arms:
Per fess 1a. Serbia, 1b. Tribalia, 2. Argent a rose azure and gules with sepals and botton or.
The assumed coat of arms of Tribalia (after the name of a tribe inhabiting the area in pre-Roman times) is an arrow-pierced boar's head. The Byzantine rulers named the Serb lords Kings of Tribalia, and the coat of arms was often used on flags of Serb military leaders of the XIXth century.
