z dnia 10.04.2001r. w sprawie przyjecia herbu, flagi Powiatu Koscianskiego.
Flagdescription: two vertical stripes of white and red; in center the
county arms.
Coat of Arms: per fess a) per pale argent a castletower gules roofed azure;
gules an eagle argent armed or; b) azure a castletower argent roofed azure
issuant between a tree vert pierced by three arrows gules and a mitre gules
