Nisko county

Nisko county (Podkarpackie - Subkarpatian - wojwodship, southeastern Poland, consists of the communes (gminy) Harasiuki, Jarocin, Jeżowe, Krzeszów, Nisko, Rudnik nad Sanem, Ulanów.
Nisko County (Polish: powiat niżański) is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Subcarpathian Voivodship, south-eastern Poland. It was created on January 1, 1999 as a result of the Local Government Reorganization Act of 1998. Its administrative seat and largest town is Nisko, which lies 57 kilometres (35 mi) north of the regional capital Rzeszów. The county also contains the towns of Rudnik nad Sanem, lying 13 km (8 mi) south-east of Nisko, and Ulanów, 11 km (7 mi) east of Nisko.
Area: 785.58 sq.km (303.3 sq.mi); Population: 67,042 (2006).

Arms adopted on May 31, 2000 (resolution # XVI/81/2000).
Flag adopted on March 28, 2003 (resolution # VI/30/2003).

"Arms: the shield divided by the golden slant (left). On the right, upper field six vertical silver bars and five red ones on which the golden crown is placed.
On the blue, lower left field a golden fir tree.

Flag: of three uneven horizontal color bands: blue-yellow-red .
The Arms are placed in the center of the flag."

PS: the law doesn't prescribe the width of the bands. The older version of the county's website shows the yellow band wide, while wiki has it narrow.
The addendum with the proof sheet is nowhere to be found.
