Łęczna county flag

Lećzna county (Powiat Łęczyński), Lubelski vojvodship, consists of the communes (gminy) Cyców, Łęczna, Ludwin, Milejów, Puchaczów, Spiczyn.
Lećzna county is in eastern Poland, 30 km east of Lublin. Flag adopted: 1996.

The present Arms and flag of the County were adopted on December 19, 2001 by the Resolution # XXXI/172/2001.
"Arms: on the red field a griffin, standing to the right, with golden beak and talons and above the blue, wavy stripe. The griffin holds a miners' lamp - silver.
The flag is a rectangular bi-color: blue over red, with the large Arms superimposed in the middle, without the wavy blue stripe."
