Leśna commune flag

Leśna - rural commune, Lubań County, Dolnoslaskie Voivodship - former German name: Marklissa.
The Commune's "Statut" says: "The Arms of the Commune are upside down crescent moon and six-pointed star of yellow color on the blue shield.
Above the shield there are two rows of bricks. The third row has one brick in the center and one each at both ends. The bricks are red.

The colors of the Commune are blue, red and green, composed, from the left side, in three slanted, parallel bands, of which the upper one is blue, the middle one is red and the bottom one is green."
There is no mention of the unusual fly of the flag, but it is shown in the proof of the flag presented as an addendum to the law.

I see that the flag of Lesna has a rounded or "lanceolate" fly.
