Description of flag: three horizontal stripes of red, white and green;
in center abased the communal arms.
Coat of Arms: per pale a) three fesses gules, argent, vert; b) or six pales
brown; over all a tree of natural colors; in base a saw argent charged
with "OLSZYNA" noir.
German name: Langenöls, or Ober-Langenöls, Mittel-Langenöls
und Nieder-Langenöls.

Looking at the Dictionary of Vexillology
- see - it would appear that the correct term for the placing of the shield
lower than is usual is the heraldic "abased".
