The emblem is circular bearing the stylized Club initials "CDT" in red in the center surrounded by the whole name also in red. A crown in gold and red appears in the top. The achievemente is adorned by a olive garland for victory.
The flag is a vertical tricolor on red, white and red. The emblem appears in the center of the white stripe that in turn in widther than the red ones.

The flag was displayed on Tuesday, June 6, 2000, during the burial ceremony of Nemesio Díez, founder, owner and, until then, president of the Club Deportivo Toluca. It is also shown the Club's headquarters in Metepec, México a bordering municipatility to Toluca, capital of the State.
The flag consists of a field divided verticaly into red, white, red (1-1.5-1) with the emblem added with six red five-pointed stars forming an arc above the shield. The stars represent the championships won by the club in Mexican football history. The word "campeón" (champion) written the the lower part bellow the shield.

It seems, since the Mr. Nemesio Díez's death (June 2000), the club's official or legal name changes from "Club Deportivo Toluca" (Toluca Sports Club) to "Deportivo Toluca Futbol Club". It was reflected in the logo and flag.
