In an article in the Lebanese As-Safir newspaper, there is a photo of a green flag with a circle of calligraphy inside an UN-style wreath. The same emblem is carved in bas-relief on the wall to the right. Article machine-translates as:

"with Qabbani Bahia Hariri (Dalati and rivers) returned Mufti Sheikh Mohammad Rashid Qabbani from Egypt, and I hope upon returning end the picketing, which may not impose a solution on the street as well as the threat to escalate, which gets to another party resorted to similar work exacerbates the Lebanese crisis and complexity, so everyone must return to constitutional institutions, pending parliamentary elections."
The cleric is apparently the Grand Mufti of the Lebanese Republic, the spiritual leader of Lebanon's Sunni Muslims. Would that be his flag?
