Yesterday's reports on Spanish TV showed a building, possibly
a frontier checkpoint or similar, flying three flags: the
Israeli, the Lebanese and a third flag
which was white with a dark blue (maybe black?) logo in the
centre. This was about a third or a fourth of the flag's height,
and looked like two or three elements (maybe Hebrew character(s))
combined in a squarish form. Maybe it was some kind of frontier
authority flag.

It was the Airports Authority flag. The Airports Authority is
responsible for civil airports and all border crossings around
Israel. All land, maritime and air border crossings are under
their jurisdiction.

The flag is 2:3 with the emblem about a third of the flag
length, situated in the upper part of the flag, making space for

Israel Airports Authority operates Israel civil airports or
air terminals of Ben Gurion International, Elat, Uvda, Rosh Pina,
Herzliyya and Dov Hoz (Tel Aviv) as well the border crosses of
Nitzana Egypt), Taba (Egypt), Alenbi (Jordan), Ne'har HaYarden
(Jordan), Yitzhaq Rabin (near Elat, Jordan) and Karni (Gaza
Strip).
