Kistanje is a community in the Šibenik-Knin County, 50 km
north east of Šibenik,
approximately 20 km southwest of Knin,
3,000 inhabtants, 1,700 in the village of the same name.
Population about 57% Serbs 40% Croats. Outside the village on the
river Krka is famous Serb Orthodox Monastery of Krka. Also in
vicinity remains of Roman camp Burnum.

Šibensko- kninske županije, br. 4/06, 20.03.2006. - The
decision constitutes a three-members commission to prepare and
conduct a concourse (open one? otherwise would be stated it is
invited only, as we have seen in other similar decisions in the
County) and to present the best design towards assembly.
