Overview

Yesterday I was watching a TV report on the mayor of the community of Budinscina, who come to his office daily driving his tractor. Budinšæina is a very small rural community in Krapinsko-zagorska County, but apparently doing rather well in a modest strightforward way.
The flag was shown clearly in the mayor's office, orange (or possibly red, it was rather hard to distinguish on TV) with the coat of arms in the middle. The Coat of Arms is vertically divided in blue and light blue (?) with two red lions rampant combatant holding together a golden Latin cross. The flag in ratio 1:2, not unexpected for an indoor flag, it was fringed with golden fringe on three sides.

Budinšcina (Budinšc'ina) is a community in the Krapina-Zagorje County, just above 3,000 inhabitants, the main village bearing the same name just over 600 inhabitants. I have received the photo of the Coat of Arms of Bundinccina from Tomislav Šipke, taken in Krapina. It is still a blurry image, but the cross is clearly white (i.e. silver).

Tomislav Šipek located a Coat of Arms as printed in a advertising by the community in Zagorski list, 114, 23.12.2005. showing the Coat of Arms being per fess blue and green.
