The community of Kali, Zadar County, Croatia. The coat of arms
is blue with silver fish and in base a fishing net. Shield is
bordered in golden. The info is based on a photo of a road sign
taken this in August 2000 in Kali. The arms are adopted probably
in 1990's (after 1995, I'd say). Judging from the sign, the flag
could easily be (and most probably is) of light blue field with
the coat of arms in the middle. There is also probably a
ceremonial flag, in gonfanon form with the coat of arms in the
middle, topped with name of the community in two arcs above
OPC/INA KALI in red, and green olive branches on sides. The road
sign is actually of that design, but rectangular (i.e. missing
the gonfanon tails).

Coat of Arms and flag were designed by Heraldic Art d.o.o from
Rijeka and approved by the Ministry of Administration/Central
State Office for Administration before 2006.

The coat of arms reported in 2000 from a road sign is
confirmed to be a variation from standard design (adapted, no
doubt for the road sign, convinient to the manufacturer), shown
in the Heraldic Art materials and other sources.
The coat of arms is: azure a fish nainaint
argent and in base a fihsing net also argent thoughout.
The flag is light blue with the coat of arms bordered yellow in
the middle.
The ceremonial flag is unexpectedly red
gonfalon with three tails ending triangularly, bordered yellow
and with golden fringe along the bottom, with the coat of arms in
the middle, arched name of the community in two lines above and
golden olive branches below.
The flag and the ceremonial flag are clearly visible at "HDZ
Predizborni skup u Kalima", 21.11.2007.
