Flag of Allier

The flag of Allier, as used in the town of Moulins, is red with the coat of arms of the departement. Unsurprisingly, the departement has retained for coat of arms the arms of Bourbonnais, D'azur semé de fleurs de lis d'or à la cotice de gueules brochant sur le tout ("Azure a semy of fleurs-de-lis or a cotice gules all over").
The General Council of Allier does not have a specific flag.
