Meaning: Arms of the Blanes family, with no reference at all to St John's cross
Area: 17.84 km²
Population (1993): 26,697

A red flag with a white cross throughout. The arms of the Blanes family, with no relationship whatsoever to the flag of the Order of Malta, unlike other Catalan local flags.
