Bandera rectangular de proporciones 2/3, quinta en bajo de gules y el resto en blanco con el escudo brochante al centro en sus colores.
"Rectangular flag of 2:3 ratio, the lower fifth red and the rest white with the coat of arms embroidered in colour in its centre." (translated by Klaus-Michael Schneider)
The arms and flag were adopted on 13th January 2003.
