During a visit to Barcelona, I spotted the flag of Mapfre, the leading Spanish insurance company. The flag is plain white with the logo on the middle and the letters MAPFRE below the logo, all in red.
Mapfre was established in as the Mutua de Accidentes de Propietarios de Fincas Rústicas de España (Mutual Accidents of Rustic Farms Owners of Spain), in 1933.

The current MAPFRE logo has the carnation thing in a circle; older ones had it in a rounded square or cartouche. presumabably affecting the then-flag as well.
