there is in the right corner a picture of the flag. Like in other
cantones of Ecuador I think, that this is not only the flag of
the municipio but It is probably also the flag of the canton of
Orellana.

The flag of canton of Francisco de Orellana (capital: Puerto
Francisco de Orellana) is horizontally divided green-black with a
yellow triangle at the hoist. In the flag of administrative use,
at the center of the hoist is the cantonal Coat of Arms.
