The page shows a very long flag, with the stars close together
in the middle of the top stripe (While the image above may well
be right where the actual flag is concerned). The flag is a 1:2
triband of a dark green over white with on the upper stripe in
the middle a row of three stars in a light yellow, each slightly
less than half the width of the stripe in height.
