Unknown yacht club pennant (RYMC)
It is a blue pennant with a white edge. Shifted to the hoist there
are two white sails of different sizes. Shifted to the flyend are white
capital letters"RYMC".
Source: I spotted this car sticker on 2 January 2007 in Hamburg.

Norie and Hobbs 1971 shows under figure
314 the burgee of Segelclub Rhe e.V., white with a black cross (offset
[to the hoist]). This Königsberg sailing club
'migrated' to [Hamburg] after the Second World
War.

Norie and Hobbs 1971 shows under figure
313 the ensign of Segelclub Rhe e.V., Königsberg,
as the German flag 1871-1918, with offset towards
the hoist a shield, as high as two stripes, silver, a cross throughout
Sable with an escutcheon Argent (silver) an eagle Sable (too small to distinguish
the details).

This burgee —and a few others— are clearly inspired in the Imperial
war ensign. I assume that all those clubs were established at least
