Description of flag (see attached file: It is a blue (FIAV-code B+) and white flag divided by saltire. There are white capital letters: "R" (hoist) and "N" (flyend). There are blue ones as well:  "G" (top) and "1921" (bottom). In the centre of the flag is a red ball showing a white wheel with 6 spokes. The canton is a horizontal 7-stripes flag with alternating yellow and blue (FIAV-code B+) stripes starting with a yellow one. The canton is superimposed by a black anchor with two crossed oars.
