Hennigsdorf is an industrial town in Oberhavel County, directly bordering Berlin. The city has a flag and a banner, adopted in 1993. Both show blue-white-green stripes with the arms. The flags of the city Hennigsdorf, state Brandenburg, shown in your site is wrong! The arm at the flag ist a mistake. The bird is not a stork! The bird is a common heron (lat. ardea cinerea). The colour of the bird is grey.
According to the city council of Hennigsdorf the flag is official valid, but not in use. I live in Hennigsdorf, but I have never seen the flag flying.

Wappen, Flagge, Dienstsiegel

(1) Das Wappen der Stadt zeigt unter grünem Wellenschildhaupt, aus dem linken Schildrand wachsend, einen silbernen Reiherkopf mit einem goldenen Fisch im schnabel, in silber schwebend einen blauen Amboss, begleitet von zwei blauen, aufrecht zugewendeten, unten durch goldene Schleifen verbundene Sensenblätter.

(2) Die Flagge zeigt die Hennigsdorfer Farben Blau, Weiß, Grün..."
