A 2:3 = 9:(3+6+3) vertical "Canadian" (1+2+1) triband of blue and white, with a NATO-style
four-pointed faceted star centered, on the white panel, with strokes expanding outwards from
each star tip, separated by a gap, those strokes in N and S of double length — all in blue and white.
The shade of blue seems to be light (which is an important Mongol color).
