On the flag of Fusio we have from top to bottom: pot, nails and tobacco. The arms alludes to the families Chiodi ("chiodo" = nail) and Tabacchi ("tabacco" = tobacco), the pot (in Italian "laveggio") being the main symbol of the Lavizzara valley.
