A photo of a flag with the university's seal is at
http://www.flickr.com/photos/littlerottenrobin/2203016623/sizes/l/ - not the
big green banner in the back, but the green flag on the right of the Virginia
flag. This is probably the official flag of the school - it seems to be used
during the 2007 visit of Queen Elizabeth, see

http://www.flickr.com/photos/uryra919/497475950, as well as being carried by
an honor guard during Homecoming 2006

The
flag is dark green with the university seal in the center, but note the
variations in the seal on several of the flag photos- in one case the ring
around the seal is gold, with the school's name in Latin, and in another example
the ring is green with gold outer and inner circles, and the name in English.
The bottom of the gold ring isn't visible in the photo I found, the bottom of
the other version has "... 1693", probably either "established 1693" February 8,
1693" or some equivalent abbreviation, signifying when the institution was
chartered. A black & white image of the seal, without ring, is at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:190px-WMseal.gif. According to a webpage
for the Chancellor of the school,
http://www.wm.edu/chancellor/badge.php the shield used in the seal is
"...the coat of arms of the College given on May 14, 1694, by the College of
Arms in London. Those arms were described as: 'Vert a Colledge, or Ediface
maison'd Argent in Chief a Sun rising or the Hemisphere proper,' or a college
building in silver, on a green field, a golden sun at half orb against a blue
sky.
