This flag is far and away Auburn's most popular basic logo flag and has been
at least since the late 1960's. It also comes in orange and blue, and the 3 are
used interchangeably. The AU logo itself has been around a really long time and
has graced not only Auburn's football helmets, but virtually everything
associated with Auburn University. Several years ago, a fairly large white
(10x15? feet) AU logo flag regularly flew in the middle of Auburn's campus. I
haven't been there in a while, so I'm not sure about today. If one travels
through Alabama, they will see thousands of the 3x5 versions of this basic logo
flag.
