Louisiana’s Clean Marina programme has a flag shown at

“The Louisiana Clean Marina Program promotes and celebrates voluntary
adoption of measures to assist marinas and recreational boaters in protecting
Louisiana’s waters. Designated “clean marinas” are recognized as environmentally
responsible businesses and enjoy the positive goodwill and economic feedback of
being able to promote their business as: A LOUISIANA CLEAN MARINA.”
The
blue and white programme logo is shown on above page. It consists of the map of
the state, in blue, bearing a white compass rose in the upper part; to the left
of the map is the thrice underlined state name “LOUISIANA”, all in blue, above
the word “CLEAN”, also in blue, which is followed by “MARINA” in white, on the
map, beneath the compass rose. (Name of font unknown to me.)
