    Description of the flag

Hitchcock is a city in Galveston County, Texas, United States. The population was 6,386 at the 2000 census.

Hitchcock officially became a City on January 30, 1960. It is one of the oldest communities on the Galveston County mainland and was named for Lent M. Hitchcock, a ship's pilot and later land speculator. At the time of incorporation, Hitchcock was included in the Galveston County Water Control and Improvement District 7.

The official website shows on image, which at first I thought it was city logo. However the filename is "flag" and in closer look it looks like a photo of the actual flag.
