Description of the flag

Johnson County flag has a blue background over which is a large illustrated county map showing an illustration of a clock tower, a herd of cattle and cowboy, and a steam engine. The names of communities in the county are written around the perimeter, and a yellow star is in each corner.

I think the Johnson "flag" [as shown above] is actually a billboard, not a vexilloid.
