The flag of the Town of Oakland has 5 unequal vertical stripes of
red-white-red-white-blue. On the first red stripe (on the hoist) is placed the
tri-star emblem of the Tennessee flag. On the first
white stripe is placed oak leaf and 1919 below, "OAKLAND" in blue on the lower
part of the flag across the first three stripes. You can see the flag on a small
