Description of the flag

The flag of the Weakley County, Tennessee, contains the county seal and the elements intended to complement the state flag of Tennessee. The flag was adopted on 20.06.1995. No image nor full description are given in the document which can be seen here: http://www.weakleycountytn.gov/downloads/countycommission/RESOLUTION1995-57.pdf. The text also is pointing that all 95 counties adopted flags for 1996 State Bi-centennial.
