Description of the Flag

An Ohio-type flag, this one an asymmetrical blue/white/yellow horizontal tricolor with centered seal. At first I thought the source image had been rotated, but the seal was horizontal.

The design above is correct but the colors are much too dark. The top stripe should be a medium blue and the lower stripe a light yellow. The colors in the seal are correspondingly lighter.
