The City of Delaware, Ohio, has written: "The City of Delaware flag was
created in the 1970s. It contains, "City of Delaware" over the letter D. The
inside of the letter is configured to represent a harness horse racing sulky
wheel because the City is home to the Little Brown Jug harness race, harness
