Description of the Flag

White-blue vertical bicolor, with seal in black centered.

The city symbol is now rendered in black and placed across the center of the flag. The city symbol is no longer placed on the white section of the hoist. The new flag was seen at Leonard Stubbs Park in Centerville, Ohio on 25 March 2007. I do not have a specific date as to when this version of the flag was introduced. I remember noticing this newer version only in the past couple of years (2005-2007).
