What appears to be the flag of the Town of Red Hook, Dutchess County, NY, is shown in the photo at http://www.redhook.org/town_departments/town_boards.htm, a bit unusual in that it is not displayed on a staff, but framed and mounted. It is white, with the town seal in the center. An illustration of the seal is shown at the top of the page.
